Breakfast Is Served.
We are delighted to serve a home-cooked breakfast in the Dining Hall from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on weekdays and from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on weekends. The menu changes seasonally, or when we get the urge to serve a special treat from the recipe drawer of one of the amazing cooks in our family.
For the fall, we’re serving scrambled eggs, yellow stone ground cheese grits, turkey and pork smoked sausage, buttermilk drop biscuits, and fresh fruit. Orange juice, cranberry juice, coffee, and tea are available every morning.
Sometimes, we get feel the urge to whip up some cream cheese blueberry muffins, or pound cake, or something else special.
If you have special dietary needs or allergies, please let us know beforehand so we can prepare something special just for you.
